Refund Policy

At High Sierra Detail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to deliver exceptional detailing services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Scheduling a touch-up or correction

  • Offering a partial refund in select cases

  • Issuing a full refund only in rare cases where service was not performed as described

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed

  • There is verifiable damage caused during the detailing process

  • A cancellation was made in accordance with our policy (see below)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services completed to satisfaction but later found unsatisfactory without evidence

  • Issues unrelated to our service (e.g., pre-existing vehicle damage)

  • Weather delays or customer inaccessibility without prior notice

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No charge

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: May be charged a $50 late cancellation fee

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances

4. Deposits

For certain high-end or multi-vehicle services, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are:

  • Fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or touch-up, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and provide:

  • Your name and service date

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of High Sierra Detail management. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the policy is being misused or the service was delivered as promised.
