1. Services Provided

High Sierra Detail offers mobile vehicle detailing services at the customer’s location. Services include (but are not limited to) exterior washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, polishing, and specialty add-ons as described on our website or service menu.

2. Appointments and Access

  • Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the time of the scheduled appointment.

  • Keys, access, and adequate space to work must be provided. If we are unable to perform the service due to access issues, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing is listed on our website or quoted directly.

  • Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or special requests.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards and apple pay

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to $50.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Liability

  • High Sierra Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by defective vehicle components or manufacturer defects.

  • We carry out all services with care, but we are not responsible for damage due to normal cleaning processes on aging, oxidized, or compromised surfaces.

7. Weather Policy

We may reschedule services due to rain, snow, or extreme conditions that would compromise service quality or safety. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

8. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse its content or functionality. All content is the property of High Sierra Detail and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your personal information seriously and use it only to provide and improve our services.
